"Indian Outlaw"
from
Motocycle Poems by the Biker Poet
by Frazier

About the book

Because I am part Indian and my life friend

is a full blood Choctaw

and, because I ride a bike,

some would call me an outlaw.

Custer would say I am an animal

because I am wild and unmanageable.

My motorcycle has no baffle in the muffler.

It does not have turn signals or a PCV valve.

It runs good and keeps me on the road.

The company that made my bike went out of business.

The managers made a good motocycle but were bad managers.

I don't care that some straight calls me an Indian outlaw.

I ride a '48 Indian Chief.

FTW.
