JeannieMay will transcribe your work from digital sound files. Transcription is still available from standard cassette, microcassette, videotape, CD, or over-the-phone at the same rate. The transcript of your work can be e-mailed or mailed to you. Charge for transcription of easy-to-hear, clear recording is 10 cents per line (65 characters including spaces equals a line), or $.008 per word, your choice. I will calculate both and invoice you for the lowest of the two amounts.
For the first two projects I do for you, a deposit of about 1/4 of the estimated total price and the balance upon receipt of the completed transcript is expected. After that, you may pay the total amount upon receipt of the transcript and invoice.
The transcription can be e-mailed to you as an attachment in MS Word, Corel WordPerfect, MS Works, Adobe, or text right in the body of the e-mail. Your work is treated confidentially and done with the highest quality. Feel free to peruse my resume here.
